# Your AI tool

> Connect Recontrol to Claude or ChatGPT, and ask about your money there, answered from your own records. Free on every plan.

**Your AI tool** connects Recontrol to Claude and ChatGPT through a connector (the Model Context Protocol), so you can ask about your money where you already work. Recontrol works out every figure. It can record a few things when you ask, and never deletes anything. Free on every plan.

You sign in as you do in Recontrol and choose **Allow access**. Your AI tool acts as you: only your spaces, and only what your role allows.

What it reads goes to its provider (Anthropic or OpenAI) under your own agreement with them; Recontrol's [AI features](https://recontrol.money/docs/data/ai.md) setting doesn't govern it.
