# Connection problems

> A bank you can't find, a connection that stopped syncing, Zerodha's daily sign-in, and the connection limit.

## I can't find my bank

Banks come from Plaid's search, in the US and Canada only. Try the bank's full name, or your card issuer's. Any bank can be [kept by hand](https://recontrol.money/docs/tasks/add-an-account.md).

## The connection didn't finish

Nothing was connected; try again. An error your bank shows inside Plaid is the bank's own.

## Zerodha says "Signed out"

Zerodha ends every session each morning. Tap **Sign In Again**. Zerodha connects once per person: to move it, disconnect it in one space and connect it in the other.

## "You've tried to connect an account several times in a row"

You can start five connections an hour. The message says how long to wait.

## A transaction is missing

Card charges arrive once they post. "Synced 2h ago" is when Recontrol last checked, not when something last changed.

## A balance doesn't match the bank

A newer figure arrives with the next sync. A connected balance can't be set by hand.
