# Contact us

> Reach us for help, feedback, or anything the FAQ doesn't cover.

**In the app:** **Settings › Help and Feedback** (on the web, **Help** in your menu) has **Report a Problem**, **Suggest a Feature** and **Contact Us**. Turn on **I'd Like a Reply** for an answer by email. Every message is read, privately.

**By email:** [support@recontrol.money](mailto:support@recontrol.money). We aim to reply within 2 business days.

**If something seems down:** [status.recontrol.money](https://status.recontrol.money) says whether Recontrol, bank sync and Chat are up. On the web, **Help** in your menu links it as **Status of services**.
