# Fix a connection

> Reconnect a bank that asks you to sign in again, sign in to Zerodha again, or turn a paused space's bank sync back on.

When a bank's row stops saying "Synced 2h ago". Only the person who linked it can sign in again.

| **Signed out · synced 18h ago** | Tap **Sign In Again** (Zerodha signs out every morning) |

| **Bank sync is paused in this space** | Tap **See Subscription**: no one sponsors the space |

**1. Open the connection**

From **Needs You** on Home, the notification, or **Settings › Connections** (on the web, **Connections**).

**2. Tap Reconnect, and sign in with your bank**

The row says "Synced just now", and what the bank recorded meanwhile arrives with the next sync. Nothing you sorted changes.

**Card and Loan Details** with **Allow** asks your bank to share each card's and loan's statement, minimum, due date and rate.
