Delete your account

If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data, follow the instructions on the dedicated deletion page.

Step-by-step instructions for deleting your account from within the app, or submitting an email request. Deletion is permanent — there are no backups.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. It belongs to your Apple or Google account, so we cannot end it for you. Cancel it in your app store’s subscription settings before you delete, or you will keep being charged. See Billing & subscription.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers:
  • Your user profile
  • All financial accounts and transactions across all spaces
  • All AI Chat questions you asked (answers were never stored)
  • Our record of your subscription and any spaces you sponsored
  • All space memberships, and any space where you were the only member
  • All settings and preferences
We do not retain backups. Once deletion is confirmed, your data cannot be recovered by you or by us.

Only admin of a shared space?

That does not block deletion, and nothing needs to be handed over first. A space where you are the only member is deleted with you; a space with other members survives, and the longest-standing remaining member is promoted to admin automatically.
