Rates

Rates come from ExchangeRate-API, at most once a day; only currency codes are sent. Recontrol keeps no history of rates, so past figures convert at today’s rate too. A currency with no rate today is left out, never added unconverted: its accounts say Not in the total, and the total is marked ”≈”.

Between two currencies

Rupees sent to a dollar account take both real amounts, what left and what arrived, each shown on its own side, From and To. Recontrol never derives a rate, so your bank’s fee is in the figures.
