On the phone, tap your picture on Home. On the web, Your account in your menu: Edit your profile (your name, where you live, deleting your account), Set your preferences, Manage subscription, Connect your AI tool and Export your data. How the app looks applies to that device only; AI features follow your account.

Your profile	Your name, which members see, and where you live
Subscription, Spaces, Connections	Each opens its list
Appearance	Automatic, Light or Dark
Hide Amounts	Shows every figure as dots
Money’s Colour	Green & Red, Blue & Orange (for eyes that don’t tell red from green), or Monochrome
Secure with Face ID	Asks for your face or fingerprint each time you open Recontrol. Your biometrics never leave your phone
AI Features	Off until you turn it on. Chat sends Anthropic your question and the records it needs; the same words on the phone and the web. See AI and your data
Usage Analytics	Anonymous events, never an amount, a name or what you type. On the web, off in the EEA and the UK until you turn it on

App Version	Tap to check for an update
Sign Out	Signs out of this phone
Delete My Recontrol Account	See Delete your account

The web has no app lock. Its Preferences hold Appearance, Hide amounts, Money in colour, AI features and Usage analytics.
