Every figure is read from your transactions and balances when you look. Nothing is estimated.

Figures and changes

Assets and Liabilities show what they hold or owe at the period’s end, usually today; a liability as a positive amount. Income Sources and Expenses show what came in or went out over the period. A change always says its base:
  • A balance, from when the period opened: ”+₹2,14,300 since 1 May”.
  • Income and spending, against the same days of the period before: on 6 October, ”+₹3,100 vs Sep” compares 1–6 October with 1–6 September.
Green and red say whether a change is good for you. A balance on its own stays plain ink.

Periods

The chart’s menu offers This Month, 6 Months, This Year and All Time; the web adds Custom, and ‹ › to step back or forward by the same length. Expenses opens on This Month, the other classes on 6 Months. A period your history can’t fill yet isn’t offered.

Charts

Balances draw a line (a hand-kept account draws steps); income and spending draw bars. On the phone, hold and drag to read any point. On the web, Assets adds Where it’s held, Income sources How steady it is, and Expenses The month so far and Paid most to: the five places your spending went to most, across every category.

Currencies

Totals convert each account into the space’s Reporting Currency at today’s rates. An account with no rate today is marked “Not in the total”. See Currencies.

Hide Amounts

Hide Amounts shows every figure as dots on that device: Settings › Display on the phone, ⇧H on the web.
