app.recontrol.money is the same account, spaces and books as the phone. Sign in as on your phone. Home opens in the space you used last. The sidebar’s top holds the space (click it to switch) and Home; then its places, G, then a letter, opening one. Search, Your account and the bell are at its foot.

The box

On Home, type in its search bar; elsewhere, ⌘K or Search opens it. It finds places, accounts, plans and transactions. Ask Chat asks; Add with Chat turns “₹120 lunch yesterday from Cash” into a transaction you confirm. ⇧N, then a letter, adds one thing (T a transaction, P a plan, M a member). On a page that lists something, N is its New.

Pages

A page inside another names it first (Assets / Savings Account). An account, a class or a plan has tabs: Overview, its figure beside its facts, Transactions, and where it takes them, Alerts. [ and ] switch tabs.

The web’s own

  • Chat over the page: closing keeps the conversation; after following a link in an answer, Continue the conversation brings it back.
  • Many transactions at once, To sort and Views: see Transactions.
  • Import a statement, Export your data, Connect your AI tool; ? lists shortcuts.
Buying a subscription, push notifications and the app lock stay on the phone.

Cookies

  • __Host-rctrl-session keeps your sign-in, sealed and encrypted, sent only to app.recontrol.money, and expires within a day.
  • A second essential cookie says only that this browser is signed in, so recontrol.money can offer Open Recontrol.
  • A few preference cookies remember how the app looks.
