How do I cancel?

Your subscription lives in your store account, so you cancel it there. Settings › Subscription › Manage Subscription opens it.
  • iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Recontrol › Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Play Store › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Recontrol › Cancel
It ends with the period you’ve paid for. Deleting your Recontrol account doesn’t cancel it.

Can I get a refund?

Apple and Google handle refunds; we never receive your payment. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com, or in your Play Store order history.

I paid, but the app still asks

Reopen the subscription screen, then tap Restore Purchases. On the web, Check again. Your payment is safe with the store meanwhile.

I switched phones

Tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the store you bought on. A subscription doesn’t move between iPhone and Android: cancel on the old store and subscribe on the new one.

I can’t connect a bank in someone else’s space

No one sponsors it yet. Any member can: Use My Subscription Here.

Chat works for someone else but not me

Chat follows you, not the space: your own subscription must be active.
